All orders are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery. The timeframes we have provided are not inclusive of any delays that may occur through customs processing, which are out of our control.

La Michaux is shipped out from Europe ( Belgium ), please keep in mind the following time frames and additional info:

International WORLDWIDE EXPRESS delivery 

3-4 business days

International shipping rate : $15 USD

Free shipping on orders over $150 USD

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it's been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.

We cover all duties & taxes on EU orders.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

All international orders outside the territories listed above are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) . This means that any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with your purchase from La Michaux are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase. Customs charges and taxes differ from country to country and from state to state.
